I redesigned Alice’s mobile chat to address one of the product’s top 3 pain points, cutting 10.11% of support tickets and improving NPS. What started as a UI update became a strategic initiative that boosted guest satisfaction, retention, and overall adoption.

I improved NPS and reduced TTV by redesigning the asset creation process with AI. The new flow minimized errors, reduced cognitive load for maintenance engineers, and accelerated revenue growth by making the tool more reliable — ensuring smoother hotel operations and better guest experiences.

Hi, I'm Virginia

I am a Product Designer.

Moving across industries, I love creating data-driven solutions that make products easier and more enjoyable to use — while helping businesses grow through better NPS, revenue, and retention.

My path into design started in Film & Media, where I also earned a Master’s in Communication, researching feminism in contemporary series. This background taught me the value of storytelling, empathy, and understanding people — all of which shape how I design.

I thrive in collaborative teams, value open and constructive feedback, and believe challenges are the best way to grow.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading about psychology, or at the gym/pilates studio. And if you ever want to grab a coffee and listen to Taylor Swift, you can definitely count me in.
